1. Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), UK customers have the legal right to cancel an order for most items within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition
  • You must notify us of your intent to return the item by email within the 14-day window

2. Returns Process

Once your return is approved:

  1. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
  2. You must send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
  3. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

We recommend using a tracked service for your return, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 working days
  • Refunds cover the full cost of the item and standard delivery charges (if applicable)
  • We do not refund upgraded or express delivery charges unless the return is due to our error

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Include photos (if applicable) and your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, and cover return shipping if necessary

You are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are not as described or are of unsatisfactory quality.


5. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable, unless faulty:

  • Custom-configured or personalised products
  • Opened software, digital downloads, or licenses
  • Items showing signs of misuse or physical damage
  • Products returned outside the eligible return period

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
