Products & genuine stock
Product questions
Are your Thermal Grizzly products genuine?
Yes. We supply genuine Thermal Grizzly products sourced through authorised supply channels. Many Thermal Grizzly products include authenticity verification which can be checked through Thermal Grizzly’s official verification system.
Which product should I choose?
For most normal CPU, GPU, laptop and console repaste jobs, thermal paste is usually the safest starting point. Liquid metal is for experienced users working with compatible surfaces. KryoSheet and PhaseSheet are paste-free options, but they need the correct size and fitting method. Start with the Product Finder if you are unsure.
Is liquid metal safe to use?
Liquid metal can offer very high thermal transfer, but it must be handled carefully. It is electrically conductive and must not be used with aluminium contact surfaces. If you are unsure about compatibility or application risk, use thermal paste instead.
Are KryoSheet and PhaseSheet the same thing?
No. KryoSheet is a dry graphene thermal sheet and PhaseSheet PTM is a phase-change interface material. They are fitted differently, so use the correct product-specific guidance before installation.
Do contact frames replace thermal paste?
No. Contact frames support mounting and pressure control. They still work alongside your chosen thermal interface material, such as paste, KryoSheet or PhaseSheet.
Application & fitting
Application questions
Do you provide installation guides?
Yes. Use the How to Apply page for official video guidance and fitting notes for thermal paste, liquid metal, KryoSheet, PhaseSheet and contact frames.
Can I contact you before buying?
Yes. If you are unsure which product is right for your setup, contact us before ordering. Include the CPU, GPU, laptop, console or repair job you are working on so we can give a more useful reply.
Can I reuse thermal paste after removing a cooler?
No. Once a cooler has been removed, old paste should be cleaned off and replaced before remounting. Reusing disturbed paste can create air gaps and reduce cooling performance.
How often should thermal paste be replaced?
There is no single fixed schedule. It depends on the paste, system temperature, workload and age of the system. Rising temperatures, thermal throttling, dried paste or removing the cooler are good reasons to clean and reapply.
