Thermal Sheets.

KryoSheet and PhaseSheet PTM both remove the mess of conventional paste, but they are not interchangeable. Choose the exact product you are fitting below and follow its own guidance.

Route 01 · KryoSheet

KryoSheet fitting

A dry graphene thermal sheet for users who want paste-free thermal transfer and can position the material accurately.

Watch for sizing, placement and clearance checks.

Placement matters Size and clearance are critical.

KryoSheet must sit flat, cover the intended contact area and stay clear of nearby electrical components.

Size first Choose the correct sheet size for the contact surface.
Place flat Keep the sheet clean, flat and accurately aligned before mounting.
Do not reuse Reuse is not recommended after compression or removal.
Route 02 · PhaseSheet PTM

PhaseSheet PTM fitting

A phase-change thermal interface material that is solid at room temperature and changes behaviour with heat and mounting pressure.

Watch for product-specific fitting and thermal-cycle guidance.

Different material Do not fit it like a dry sheet.

PhaseSheet changes with heat, pressure and thermal cycling. Mount the cooler evenly and follow the product-specific guide.

Use the correct route PhaseSheet fitting is different from KryoSheet placement.
Mount evenly Apply controlled, even mounting pressure across the cooler.
Allow it to settle Its performance characteristics develop through normal thermal cycling.
